According to the Timberline Regional Library, zines are: "intriguing self-published magazines that often come to life through photocopiers. Covering an eclectic range of topics, Zines are the product of individual creators or small groups. They present unique viewpoints, providing insights that might not be found elsewhere."
In this workshop we will:
1. Talk about zines and cover some brief history
2. Explain the basics of making a zine
3. Start making zines!
The facilitator will provide zine materials, zine prompts, snacks, and information on the Washington State Zine Contest.
